1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website at www.hometrainebernedoodles.com (the "Site") or purchasing a puppy from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Site or purchase a puppy.

2. Puppy Purchases

2.1 Purchase Process

The purchase of a puppy from Home-Trained Best Bernedoodles involves the following steps:

1. Browse available puppies on our website
2. Submit an application for your selected puppy
3. Receive approval from our team
4. Pay the required deposit or full amount
5. Sign the Puppy Purchase Agreement
6. Schedule pickup or delivery of your puppy

2.2 Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars and include:

• Health guarantee (see Section 4)
• Initial vaccinations and deworming
• Veterinary health check
• Microchipping
• Starter kit with food and care instructions

2.3 Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $700 is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price. Deposits are transferable to another available puppy within 6 months if your selected puppy becomes unavailable.

2.4 Final Payment

The remaining balance is due when the puppy is 8+ weeks old or at pickup/delivery, whichever comes first. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Cashier's check
• Bank wire transfer
• Credit card (3% processing fee applies)

3. Puppy Health Guarantee

We provide the following health guarantees for all our puppies:

Genetic Disorders	2 years	Veterinary diagnosis, DNA test results
Life-Threatening Congenital Defects	1 year	Veterinary diagnosis within 72 hours of receipt
General Health	14 days	Veterinary examination within 72 hours of receipt

Our full Health Guarantee will be provided with your Puppy Purchase Agreement and requires:

• Timely veterinary examinations
• Proper care and nutrition
• Completion of all recommended vaccinations
• Notification within specified timeframes

4. Shipping and Pickup

4.1 Local Pickup

Puppies may be picked up at our facility in Lexington, KY after 8 weeks of age. Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

4.2 Delivery Options

We offer several delivery options:

• Ground Transport: Professional pet transport service (price varies by distance)
• Flight Nanny: Personal escort for your puppy (quoted individually)
• Air Cargo: Available for certain destinations (additional fees apply)

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot guarantee flight times or exact arrival times for shipped puppies.

5. Website Use

5.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Home-Trained Best Bernedoodles and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5.2 User Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the Site's operation
• Submit false information
• Harass other users or our staff

5.3 Account Security

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

Home-Trained Best Bernedoodles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Site
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the Site
• Any errors or omissions in any content

Our total liability for any claims related to puppy purchases shall not exceed the purchase price of the puppy.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home-Trained Best Bernedoodles and its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Site
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your ownership and care of any puppy purchased from us
• Your violation of any third-party right

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.
